I don't remember sleeping at all last night. I just kept thinking and my mind just wouldn't allow me to drift off. I'm hyper, those that know me know that I can get quite jittery and overly excited.We never heard anything from the Realtor on the website with the feedback from Saturdays showing. I got a call mid morning for another showing, now is this the same person, or is it someone new. I left this morning having a feeling things should be in place so I was ready. The showing was set for 4:00-5pm. That's good it's before I get home most of the time on Mondays
Work went well. I got the conference room totally cleaned up and now all I have is the back room where things are stored. I should have that done by the end of the week if everything goes on schedule. Both bosses were gone so I got to play a bit too. The phone were very busy and I had to be close to answer it.
I picked up mom for the entire afternoon. She has been wanting to get some good support shoes that her foot doctor wanted her to check out. I took her across town to get them, now she has running shoes that look almost like mine. She does quite a bit of walking when the temperatures aren't really high.
We also got the car checked because it doesn't start real well, it's just clogged from sitting all the time. I also took her to Sam's Warehouse just to kill time and get a few groceries. I didn't get anything this time around. I'm trying to stay within our budget for this month.
I had to wait to go home, so stayed with her for an hour. Now we wait again and see if we get feedback. I'm not going to call, when something comes up, we'll know.

They should call you each time. That is not right!!! We are all so noisy...we want to know...give me the number so I can find out...LOL
Many realtors do what's called a preview, where they go visit 12 or more homes really quick by themselves. Then they decide on four or five to show their clients. Based on what the client has said they want or need. So it is possible that a showing could have been to just a realtor by himself so he will know the property for future customers. In other words you may not always get feedback, or likes or dislikes. It is just part of the game. But it increases the exposure, which is good.
