HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM

It's mom's 86th birthday today! She's doing well and we're excited about her being on her own and still cooking her own meals. Congrats on another year.

It was raining off and on all day today. Work went well, and nothing really new. Mr Boss was quiet and in his room most of the morning. Since this is Thursday the hours are from 9-1. My car acted funny when I tried to start it going to work, so parked it facing out from the parking space just in case it wouldn't start when I left. Yep, I was right, I had to get my bosses jumper cables and get it jumped. The first thing I did was go straight to Auto Zone to get a battery. Now I should be set for a couple years. I had time to go home, get something to eat, then to the doctors office for the results on the blood tests. I'm doing fine and the sugar tests are ok, better then last six months, must have been all that moving around I've done lately.

I went to mom's to wish her a happy birthday then home to get dinner going. I'm on chat every night with the RV-Dreamers and we're discussing the get together for next year. It's going to be so fun meeting up with people all over the US. I'm so looking forward to it. We're going to Ashboro this weekend to meet (FD) John and Bridgett since it looks like rain for the Martinsville truck race. They're vacationing and was going to the race, but we're meeting up anyway. See you this weekend J&B.
