It was COLD and DARK at 4:30am this morning taking Jim to the airport this morning. He went to Florida where it's a bit warmer until Thursday for a work related conference. I came home and went back to bed but couldn't get to sleep, just rested till time to get up at 8:00.I get to drive the truck this whole week, maybe I can learn how to park it. It's sure seems big according to my car, but I love the way it handles. It's going to be another learning curve with the one ton when we get it. I guess the cab size will be the same.
When I got to work Mr. boss gave me a huge project. It's going to take some time to get it done especially if I can't find the file that's in Lotus suite for the address book. Two years ago, I took the address file from his computer and put it on PC, it took me a bit to find it but I have a duplicate file on my PC. His computer died last week and now we have to recreate the whole list of names back into it because VISTA won't load the lotus suite program. Even if it did I can't find how to get to the file that's in my computer, so I'm having to recreate every name, address and phone number. It will more accurate with deleted bad names, but still a lot of work and he wants it done NOW. Challenges? oh ya.
After I left at 1:00, I went with a friend to a school nearby that has been selected to talk to the International Space Station. They had to go through an application process and was selected. What makes this so different is it's with ham radio. (amateur radio). It was fun going to see where the set up will be located and how it's going to be done. It will happen with Ecuador, Raleigh, NC and a school in Maryland at the same hour. A question and answer period will take place from the highest academic students in the schools on November 18, 2008. A lot of publicity is being done to announce the contact. It hasn't been done since 1992. What fun!
I came home and got all the photo albums in place to get scanned. In all my free time till Thursday I'll be getting ready for our move and scanning is the biggest part of getting it done. We're both starting to feel the push to get ready.

Lots of luck with your project, Dee. I've done that before, it's a lot of work!
Just think how long and hard you have worked to get to where you are now. Your still thinking that you will be pushed when the time comes for the final move. Gee I would hate to think how pushed you would be if you had not started a year ago??? Keep up the good work and you should be ready when the time comes.
