Meditation - Work

IT'S HOT!! I sat in the sun this afternoon for 10 min, took the thermometer with me and it was 105. I think TX or South Western States have it worse. We were suppose to break a heat record today, I'll have to listen to the news.

I got up at 8:00 and went to my meditation class at 9. I use to go to meditation classes when we lived in Illinois, seldom missed a Tuesday night class for 10 years. It was good to get back into it. Now for the next 4 Wednesdays there's class just 1/2 mile from us. I can still make it to work at 12:00 easily. The class is only 30 minutes long.

I got to work and nothing new. The bosses daughter is taking care of all the filing. I finished up the project today. I don't go back till next Wednesday because Friday we'll be going to see the kids. We're both taking cameras so we'll have plenty of photos for the blog this weekend.

I do have a website that a new person named Dawn gave to us in the chatroom last night. It's another couple in their 30's going fulltime and how they're preparing. It's quite good, and I'm already following it.
