Subscriptions - Recipes

I couldn't sleep after 7:30, just knowing I needed to get more scanning done.

I have a pile of recipes to go through. Some I want others not so much, so those that are already typed out I scanned in as PDF. The others that were hand written (most of them poorly) I typed them in a word document. That will take care of the recipes. I have them on the external drive and on the PC. They are easy to get too. Some recipes can't be found on the internet, they're home brewed and passed down from family members.

I also sent out some subscriptions to magazines. Jim reminded me of the year due to not pay for them. If it's past 2009 we won't renew. It's the little things that needs attention.

Our yearly tax came in for the condo and it has gone up, again. I hope this will be the last time we pay it, except maybe half a year when we sell.

Just a thought: If we sell fast in the spring, wonder if we can get the RV/Truck before the wedding next September, wouldn't that be neat!! That would mean Jim would have to have a few days off work, I'll have no problem. The brain is always working on possibilities. Prices are good on both RV's and trucks right now. Again, only a thought.

I went to work at noon. It was so quiet you could hear everyone clicking on the computer keyboard all over the room. I had to work on something else since the office computer was being used by an engineer. My computer isn't connected to the office server, so I had to document and sort business CD's. It's quite a job, but at least I got a lot accomplished. At 3:00 I got back on the server so worked some more on the excel project.

It was raining most of the afternoon and more storms tonight. It's been raining most of the time now, which makes things so green and pretty. Still in a moderate drought, a tropical storm will take care of that. The rest of the evening was with jigsaw puzzles and the RV-Dreams chat room. I wouldn't make it without them.
