Hot Monday

Now it's getting hot along with the humidity. It was miserable and you could see the thickness in the air.

I didn't sleep last night but a couple hours. I went to bed way to late from playing in the chatroom trying to help Speedy, Deb, and Jenny hooked up to the webcam. We got Jenny and Speedy but Deb has some problems so we'll check that out tonight. It's so fun to be able to see someone and even talk to them, FREE.

Work was as usual. I had to leave an hour early to take mom to the doctor. She's been having some pain so she didn't want to let it go. Now she's going for tests so I'll be busy the next few weeks. Doctor thinks it's a hernia. I'll keep you posted. We went grocery shopping but with the heat and her not feeling good we did it fast. I got her back home so she could lay down.

I had a call from a former boss saying she's having a garage sale on Saturday. I spent the next couple hours gathering stuff up that I might be able to get something for it. Even a little bit is better then taking it to the donation place. I have about 5 boxes. I'll sell the furniture on Craigslist. A lot of it will go to the kids.

This is actually fun. It's getting closer.
