(Puyallup, WA) Hi 87 Lo 57 -- We took the whole day to rest up. I slept late and Jim was up a little later than normal. The only thing on the agenda was getting the budget done for last month, read blogs, and crochet. We watched the NASCAR race, which started about the time I got up (10:00). I did get out and take some pictures of the state fairgrounds where we’re staying. All the sites have full hook ups and are close together, in order to get as many in as possible during fairgrounds events. But when nothing much is going on, like now, there are enough sites that it's not crowded at all.
Our site, and the area around us.
Just over the hill to the right is Mt. Rainier, but we can’t see it from our site.
The camp hostess stays in this trailer.
The main fairgrounds. Some of the rides, like the roller coaster, are permanent.
This is a typical fairgrounds RV park, with no amenities other than level, full hook up sites that are a convenient place to park and see Seattle. The traffic isn't bad here in Puyallup, and it’s only 45 minutes (in non rush hour) to downtown Seattle.
See you tomorrow.

Thanks for your review. Someday we may want to visit Seattle and it's good to know of a place that's out aways but not too far.
We love the Seattle area and are always on the look for campgrounds.
