Visiting with Friends

(Hastings, NE) Hi 91 Lo 64 --  While I was cooking breakfast this morning the power went out in the whole park. Luckily we have a gas stove so I was able to finish cooking our bacon and eggs. The power came back on after about a half hour. It was a good thing because it was getting hot in the RV real quick.

We visited with Terri and Mike all afternoon. We had a lot to catch up on with travels, where we've been and where we want to go. I did take some time to walk around the park and take a few pictures.

This is our site, right on the corner.

The middle RV is Mike and Terri’s Excel. Ours is just to the right of the one with the bike

We all watched the NASCAR race then went out to the Barrel Bar Grill for some dinner. The food was really good.  Afterwards we drove around town for awhile then went back to the RV to watch some TV.

It’s great being with our friends. Have I mentioned lately we love this lifestyle?

What a nice relaxing day with friends. We thought the food was really good too. Sometimes just hanging out with friends is more than enough. You don't always have to be going somewhere or specifically doing something. :)

I agree with Mike and Terri. Sometimes the best times are just hanging out with friends doing absolutely nothing :)
