In any store (Wal Mart) in the poster dept, they have something called poster tac. It comes in little strips in blue and green and you just pinch off a tiny bit and flatten it out and put it between the glass and the shelf. It doesn't take much.It will stay forever. I used a bigger piece for potted plants etc. Good Luck, JuneJunieLouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01567025317602323836noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2653930525366801694.post-61188771506002415512009-12-14T17:00:51.952-06:002009-12-14T17:00:51.952-06:00Oh, Dee!

Waking up to yucky weather and realizing that I don't have to brave that nasty stuff to get to work anymore!! It's a really great feeling.

You seem to have the packing under control physically AND emotionally since you've prepared for a long time. I always remember with an ache the mental picture of Linda Payne sitting on her garage floor crying as she sorted through all that she was going to have to part with.

You will find it will take time to establish your new 'speed'. For a few months after retirement I was getting up every morning making a list of 'to do's and thinking I had to have them all finished before dark. Now I still have that list but I'm learning to steer clear of deadlines when they aren't needed and learning to forget the list when something FUN comes up that we'd like to do instead.

Congratulations to you and Jim on this exciting new phase of your life!!

I can't wait to get to meet you someday in real life!

Hugs, CindyFrerx Adventureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04601330526828839291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2653930525366801694.post-37472033693648926002009-12-14T16:57:46.088-06:002009-12-14T16:57:46.088-06:00Oh what fun to arrange and set things into place. ...Oh what fun to arrange and set things into place. I too use tubs and baskets in some of the cabinets, especially the bathroom, as it keeps things from falling over.

Ya know, our rig came with all these wire rack pull out drawer/pantry things and I didnt like them, so we yanked em all out and sold them in our rummage sale.

I only left the one under the sink, it works great for sliding in and out the coffee maker and carafe from being stored down there during transit.

I am sure you will find what works best for you. Also, double sided sticky industrial velcro is an RV'ers FRIEND!KarenInTheWoodshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05884478307015605168noreply@blogger.com
