Count Down

(Avon Park, FL) Hi 85 Lo 61 -- Jim had his dental appointment this morning so I tagged along to see what's going on with my tooth. He had his stitches taken out, and the doctor filed down my tooth because it was too high, which caused discomfort when I chewed. (They use the word discomfort instead of pain.) Jim needs to go back one more time next Tuesday and I may have to follow along again if I still can't bite down when eating.

I did my walk when we got back before the heat got too bad. It's interesting seeing all the empty sites and people packing up. I'm glad we're not staying any longer then we are, it's going to be quiet around here. The clubhouse, laundry and all playing equipment will be locked away on May 1. The pool will stay open.

I decided to play some computer games. One of the games, Candy Crush, plays well on my smart phone. But if you try to play it on Facebook you're required to either pay money or ask friends to play in order to advance to different levels. And I won't do that. :-)

We watched TV and read all evening.

I haven't been asked to pay anything or ask friends to play yet and I play mostly on my computer but sometimes on ipad.

I had that happen one time with a crown, where I could still feel it a little when I closed my teeth together, and I didn't say anything because I figured it would be ok. I ended up having to go back. After that time (you can tell that unfortunately I have a lot of experience in this area) I always made sure that it felt normal, even if the dentist had to keep doing his "sanding thing" what seemed like a lot of times!! Oh well. It sure costs enough - he should have to work for it. lol

I've been playing a great game on my phone called 4 pics, one word. It's addicting!

I guess you can tell the difference between discomfort and pain! Hope the problem is taken care of and you won't have to undergo any more "discomfort".

We are staying in a park in Cedar Key where all the "regulars" are leaving. The camphost called it March Sadness. :)
